MFG-CP lightweight fiberglass dome and pan forms are designed for two-way and one-way joist slab floor construction. MFG forms offer a significant cost advantage when compared to hand-built plywood forms, and produce an aesthetically pleasing surface that requires little or no finishing.

Two-Way Joist:
MFG-CP produces fiberglass domes and waffle forms for the construction of architectural, concrete ceilings. FRP domes are lightweight, economical to use and produce an attractive finish. While MFG-CP maintains the largest inventory of standard forms, custom form configurations can be made in almost any shape_limited only by the designer’s imagination…plus, the cost is relatively low.
